Non-Refundable Credits
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
- Credits that have been used to generate content cannot be refunded.
- Unused credits remain in your account and can be used at any time, with no expiration date unless stated otherwise.

Exceptions
- If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your purchased credits, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
- We will investigate the issue and may provide a refund or credit adjustment on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
- You can cancel your annual subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the annual period.

Service Downtime
- If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), we may provide account credits as compensation.
- Compensation will be calculated based on the duration of the outage and your subscription level.

Failed Generations
- If a generation fails due to technical issues on our end, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
- If you believe a generation failed incorrectly, please contact support within 48 hours with the task ID.

- Include your order number, account email, and a detailed explanation of the issue
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
